Special Features

  • The LiFePo4 BMS 4S 30A 12.8V Protection Board is applicable to electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, energy storage devices, starting power supplies, and various electronic devices that use LiFePo4 battery packs, such as mobile power sources and some 3C products.
  • The main function of this protection board is to protect and manage the battery pack. It has a balancing function and can prevent overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent, and short circuits, thereby extending the battery's lifespan and ensuring usage safety.
  • The initial charging voltage should not exceed 12.8V. Once the batteries are confirmed to be working properly, the charging voltage can be slightly increased while monitoring the battery's performance, up to a maximum of 14.8V.
  • If the battery voltage exceeds 3.8V during charging, the battery is likely defective and needs to be replaced (that is, the battery capacity and internal resistance are significant).
  • Before connecting the batteries to the BMS, please ensure that the voltage of each battery is identical. If not, please charge each battery separately.
