The M.2 NGFF (2230) to PCI-e Adapter is designed for wireless application on Dell OptiPlex 7000 5000 3000 and Precision 3420 Small Form Factor Tower Desktop, that convert M.2 NGFF (2230) Card to standard PCI-Express x1/x4/x8/x16 slot.

You can insert your M.2 WLAN Cards to this adapter, and it supporting both WiFi by PCI-e or Bluetooth to the desktop motherboard PCI-E x1/x4/x8/x16 connector, install it's driver, then you'll add wireless adapter on desktop PCs.
