Gold creates a natural, golden fill that is great for sunsets, jewelry, achieves warm glowing soft skin tones for portraiture.

White produces an even, soft neutral-colored bounce light as a fill light source for both product shots & indoor/outdoor portraits. It brightens up the shadows to produce a softer light. It is not as bright as silver so you can get closer to the subject.
