Important to Know:
1) The HDMI, Displayport and USB inputs must correspond with each other, for example:
HDMI IN1 + DP IN1 + USB IN1=PC1
HDMI IN2 + DP IN2 + USB IN2=PC2
HDMI IN3 + DP IN3 + USB IN3=PC3
HDMI IN4 + DP IN4 + USB IN4=PC4
2) The DP&HDMI KVM Switcher CAN NOT increase the video out of your PC or laptop. It is not a USB Video card. If your PC or Laptop can not support 2 video outputs simultaneously, this KVM won't fit your applications
3) Please ensure both of your PC or laptop come with Displayport and HDMI ports, and it is capable of supporting 2 video outputs simultaneously
4) Wireless mice and keyboards are not supported
5) Mechanical keyboards and mice are not supported, standard 104-key wired USB keyboard and standard 2 or 3-button wired USB mouse are recommended
6) A short key switch via the keyboard is not supported
7) Please do not set the refresh rates more than 60Hz for reliability
8) Standard HDMI 2.0 and Displayport 1.2 or above cables are needed. Most sync issues are caused by poor cable
