Description

The XL74610L ideal diode module is an ideal diode rectifier that replaces the XL74610 scheme. The unique advantage of this mechanism is that it does not use ground as a reference and adopts 3 A low internal resistance MOS with a current of about 3mQ has a small voltage drop during high current operation, avoiding the high voltage drop of 0.7V in ordinary diodes. The reduction in voltage drop also greatly reduces heating. A 0.3V Schottky diode has a heating power consumption of 3W when operating at 10A current. The measured L74610L ideal diode operates at 10A current, with a voltage drop of about 50mV and a heating power consumption of about 0 5W.
