Description:
1、Obstacle Detection: When the module detects an obstacle signal in front, the green indicator light on the circuit board lights up, and the OUT port continuously outputs a low-level signal. The module's detection range is 2~30cm with a detection angle of 35°. The detection distance can be adjusted using a potentiometer: turning the potentiometer clockwise increases the detection distance, while turning it counterclockwise decreases the detection distance.
2、Sensor Technology: The sensor uses active infrared reflection detection, so the reflectivity and shape of the target are key to determining the detection distance.
3、Output Interface: The sensor module's output port (OUT) can be directly connected to the I/O port of a microcontroller, or it can directly drive a 5V relay. The connection method is: VCC to VCC, GND to GND, OUT to I/O.
4、Comparator: The module uses the LM393 comparator, ensuring stable operation.
5、Power Supply: The module can be powered by a 3-5V DC power supply. When the power is connected, the red power indicator light turns on.
6、Mounting: The module has a 3mm screw hole for easy fixing and installation.
7、Preset Adjustment: Each module has its threshold comparison voltage preset using a potentiometer before shipment. Please avoid adjusting the potentiometer unless necessary.
