Please also note that you cannot transfer iTunes music or video files to our idoove flash drive as they are Digital Rights Management (DRM) protected.

Music and media that are downloaded from iTunes and other 3rd party apps cannot be accessed from the iD Stick because it is copy-right protected
If you can't transfer your photos from iCloud to the idoove memory stick it is because your iCloud is set to “optimize iPhone storage”. Change the setting to “Download and keep originals”. All the photos will then appear in iD Stick “Album” section. However, the photos that had been uploaded to iCloud can only be transferred to the memory stick by a computer.
