These sublimated hat patches are made of PU leather and have a genuine leather feel. The blank patch is waterproof, easy to clean, durable, and not easily broken or deformed, will not fade or discolor, and can serve you for a long time.
Our leather patches for hats have low-temperature hot melt adhesive on the back. It needs to be used with a heat press machine or iron , so you can easily iron or sew them on your clothes, fabrics, shoes, hats and other crafts, saving your time and effort.
The pattern will appear black after laser engraving, the color pattern effect requires screen printing or color printing. The patch cannot be adhered to materials such as sweaters, suede and so on, check the material before use. It is recommended to use an iron at 150-160 degree centigrade for about 15 seconds. It can be heated from the front or back, please cover the leather with a protective cloth, but heating from the front will risk blackening the leather.
