This Ranger perfect pearls pigment powder creates dazzling pearlescent effects. Specially developed with a built-in resin these are easy to use wet or dry. It can be mixed with watercolors, inks, acrylic paints, ultra thick embossing enamel, embossing powders and other mediums for radiant results. Pigments are non-toxic and acid-free.
