Determine the distance between the top and bottom of the three-eye pulley set you are going to make 2. Loosen the wingnut and screw, slide apart, align the scale line on the slider to the distance you need, tighten the wingnut to fix the slider 3. Put 2 three-eyed pulleys in the wedges of the tool. Just enough to be snug enough not to fall out.
