These creases are mainly caused by packaging issues. Given the unique challenges of shipping, most sellers choose to package their mats folded, which can cause creases.
The creases do not affect use, they are just factors caused by long-term folding during transportation!
1.If the creases bother you, you can use an iron on low heat to smooth the surface or place a heavy object on it until it's flat and usable.
