Basic skills:
1. Recording Function. Press the "Record" Button and speak. Then
press it again. At last, press the "Play" button, you'll hear what you
said. 2. Volume Control. You can adjust the volume of PA and siren at the
same time.
3. Switch on-off Function. If you don't want to use the car siren
speaker, you can switch it off.
4. Status Indicator Light. Showing the status of power and recording.
