Description

A real highlight from TAMIYA in the field of 1:48 aircraft models: the Lockheed Martin® F-35®B Lightning II®! The model is a complete design innovation and in-house development by Tamiya. The aim was to realize the most detailed model of this aircraft in 1/48 scale. The F-35 comes in three versions: A for the Air Force, B for the Marines and C for the Navy. Development ran under the JSF program (Joint Strike Fighter Program) and the F-35 was supposed to be the fifth generation of fighter jets. The aircraft has a sophisticated camouflage cap design, a state-of-the-art network and countless sensors that provide all data for the pilot and computer.
