When you receive your new remote, we recommend that you re-pair the remote with the lamp. Step 1: Clear the code — Turn on the power switch and reconnect the power cord after unplugging it 5 times in a row, the floor lamp will flash quickly which means the code has been cleared successfully. Step 2: Match the code — Long press the on/off button of the remote control for about 3 seconds until the lights flash quickly to indicate successful re-pairing.
