Description

How to Use Citronella Bark Collar:

1. Turn on: Long press the Power button for 3 seconds to turn it on.

2. Adjust Spray: Press the Adjust button to adjust the spray volume. Small: LED 2 yellow light flashes. Large: LED 2 blue light flashes.

3. Adjust Sensitivity: Long press the Adjust button for 3 seconds to adjust the sensitivity. Low: LED 1 and LED 2 simultaneously flash once. High: LED 1 and LED 2 simultaneously flash twice.

Using Tips:

- Adjustable nylon strap, ideal for dog breeds weighing from 8 to 120 lbs.

- Built-in 3.7V battery, full charge (LED 1 light Yellow) in 2 hours lasts up to 30 days.

- Place the collar strap on the middle of the dog's neck, and make sure the Spray Nozzle Towards the Dog's Nose.

- The collar should fit snugly, yet loose enough to allow one finger to fit under the strap.

- For Long-haired dogs, please trim the neck hairs along the path of the spray.

- Training sessions around 10-15 minutes are often the most effective. Notes:

Do not use the collar on a dog that is under 6 months old.

Do not use it for an aggressive dog.

1. The working sound of the solenoid valve is heard, but no spray is out.

- The container has no or too little spray: Please refill the container.

- The nozzle is blocked: Please clear the foreign matters at the nozzle.

2. The product doesn't work and it fails to spray gas.

- The sensitivity is too low and the sound is not loud enough to drive the collar: Please adjust the sensitivity level to high sensitivity.

Press the adjust button in the boot state for 3 seconds to adjust the sensitivity:

LED1 and LED2 simultaneously flash twice(high sensitivity)

LED1 and LED2 simultaneously flash once(low sensitivity)

- Foreign matters at the receiving port of the sound sensor affect the sound transmission: Please clear foreign matters at the receiving port of the sensor.

- The voltage is too low: Please recharge the collar.

Note: Our citronella bark collars are effective in stopping barking in most dogs, but there are a very small number of dogs who are not afraid of citronella spray and may not have a bark-stopping effect.
