This BookFactory Chore Diary is a great way to keep children accountable for their daily chores and tasks as well as keeping track of their rewards and goals associated with those chores. There is a monthly calendar page to keep track of their plans and upcoming events. This keeps children of old enough age in charge of their schedule and tasks for more independence. Each day they can track their responsibilities and chores for morning, after school, pets/misc, dinner, night, weekly, and rewards and goals. You get a point or a star for every chore completed. At the end of the week you can tally the points and turn those into dollars or whatever system you use.
