Iron It On

Sticks firmly! These 3.5" x 2.5" rectangular patches feature a strong, heat-activated glue backing for a seamless iron-on application that will firmly stick in place in minutes with an ultra-secure hold that won't come off.

Getting It To Stick

Set iron to the hottest setting, with no steam. Line up the patch on your desired fabric and cover it with a thin pressing cloth. Apply iron with heavy downward pressure for 45-60 seconds. Allow heat-set patch to cool. Repeat if necessary. Don't iron appliqué onto leather, satin, nylon, rayon, or any fabrics that will fail at 400°F.

Sewing Instructions

Certain fabrics and materials are not suitable for heat-setting, such as leather which can discolor or crack from heat application methods. If you're reaching for the needle and thread, follow these simple sewing tips for the best results.

For sewing by hand, we recommend a 1/8th-inch blanket stitch.
For sewing by machine, never use a straight stitch (this will cut the patch). We recommend a zig-zag setting set to 15-stitches-per-inch.
