Pebeo's fine watercolor is a bright and transparent paint made from ground pigments and Arabic gum. The balanced range of 28 colors harmoniously distributed across the color wheel can be used on watercolor paper and Cardboard, meeting the requirements of amateur watercolorists perfectly. The depth of tone and transparency of the watercolor is retained when dry. Conforms to ASTM D-4236.
