  • FUNCTION: The kit allows you to connect your 4” OD (outside diameter) port or dust collection line to a 2-1/4” OD shop vac hose connector, port, or adapter. The flex cuff provides a perfectly sealed, airtight connection between your 4” OD port and the 4” OD of the reducer. The 2-1/4” OD shop vac components fit inside the smaller end of the reducer. The OD of the smaller end of the reducer can also be used to connect to a 2-1/2” ID (Inside diameter) flexible hose.
  • PREMIUM BUILD: Reducer made with high quality ABS plastic for long-term durability and to withstand the abrasive nature of workshop dust collection. Flex cuffs are made with a durable rubber construction to withstand long-term wear and tear, and possess a flexible design that seamlessly conforms to slight diameter differences in fittings.

Introducing the 4” to 2-1/2” Cone Reducer and 4-Inch Dust Control Flex Cuff with Hose Clamps by POWERTEC.

The cone reducer is designed to provide you with a simple solution to coupling your 4-inch ID dust hoses with 2-1/2 ID dust hoses. Specifically, it allows you to step down from a larger main line to a smaller branch line without compromising air velocity or the effectiveness of your dust collection system.

The flex cuff is designed to provide you with an airtight connection between a pair of 4” dust collection fittings or hoses. And it comes equipped with standard hose clamps so that you won't need unattractive duct tape or a messy assortment of screws. It's a highly useful (and reusable) dust collection system accessory, as it allows you to interchange fittings and connect adapters to keep all of your dust collection tools connected.
