The spiral chip flute design at the cutting part of the cutting edge makes it easier to discharge the debris. Drilling with a rotary drill can significantly improve the drilling speed and efficiency.
1 cm thick all-ceramic tiles, dry more than 30 holes!
-Shake while punching, faster
Discharge the debris and increase the punching speed.
:01 The faster the speed, the more the number of holes, the recommended speed is above 2600rpm!
:02It is not recommended to use rechargeable drills/ordinary impact drills/low-speed electric hand drills!
:03 It is forbidden to use vertical hard top and pressing hard, otherwise it will greatly reduce the service life!
How to use:
Install the hole opener on a hand drill or angle grinder. The hand drill needs to be equipped with a conversion chuck.
When drilling, the electric hand drill maintains a high rotation speed throughout the whole process, and tilts at 45¡ã, lightly against the tiles, the smaller the force, the less slippery it is, and the crescent-shaped positioning groove is punched out.
After drilling the positioning groove, slowly vertical the electric drill, and shake it while drilling, so that it is more convenient to discharge the debris and improve the drilling speed. It is forbidden to vertically hard top and press hard, otherwise it will greatly shorten the service life.
Note:
It is not recommended to use rechargeable drills/ordinary impact drills/low-speed hand drills!
It is forbidden to vertically hard top and press hard, otherwise it will greatly shorten the service life.
When drilling holes, please wear protective gloves, glasses, face shields, etc. to prevent splashed debris from entering your mouth, nose and eyes.
