Made from 100% cotton paper, double primed and coated with an aluminum oxide specifically created for Handbook Paper Co. to product the perfect surface for pastel painting. A final seal coat is applied to make the surface extremely durable. Pastel Premier is preferred not only by pastel painters, but is used with oils, acrylics and other dry media.
