This ice cream attachment also fits all stand mixers except models K5sS, KSM5, KSM50, KSM500 and KSM450. Does not fit 3.5QT mixers. Please check your mixer model before ordering
Food grade materials: Stirrer accessories are made of food-grade materials, to ensure that the ice cream attachment will not leak or break, even after prolonged use. However, it is important to note that you should not use a metal spatula or metal utensils to scoop ice cream as this may cause damage to the inside of the freezer bowl
Fast large capacity: With the Ice Cream Maker, you can make 2.0 quarts of ice cream in 20-30 minutes. IMPORTANT: Do not pour ice cream or batter into the freezer bowl before starting the mixer (pouring batter into the freezer bowl before starting the mixer may cause the batter to set prematurely and lock the mixer)
The steps are simple: place the freezer bowl in the freezer at -0°F more than 15 hours in advance, then assemble the drive assembly on the mixer, then pour the ice cream batter into the freezer bowl, set the “mix” speed, and mix for 20-30 minutes until desired firmness is reached, then add your favorite toppings!
