Important Reminder:If you find that the tracker is unable to connect to your iphone or Apple device, please follow the operational instructions in the manual to reset the tracker. Once the reset is successful, you can then proceed with the connection.

Open the Find My app on your phone while the phone is connected to the tracker (within Bluetooth connection range).Select the corresponding tracker name and scroll down to the bottom, then click on "Remove Device". If not, the bound tracker will continue to remind you, and the next user will not be able to connect to the tracker.
