--There is no pop-up, so you can can find "Import" in the Photos App or Files App.

2.For iOS9.2-12.4
--The card reader only supports one-way transmission from SD/TF to the iPhone/iPad, and does not support two-way transmission.
--Please wait for 5 seconds after plugging into your device, then your device automatically opens the Photos App.You can download the photos and videos from the SD card to your device firstly before view them.

Warm Prompt:
1. Make sure the memory card is in the right direction before you insert it into the sd card reader.

2. If the photo or video is not transmitted, make sure the memory card is inserted correctly into the sd card reader. Unplug the sd card camera reader and memory card completely, then reconnect and try again.

3. If sd card adapter work the first time but stop on the second time, or some times work, may your sd card/micro sd card (tf card) damaged for long time use, please try another sd card/micro sd card (tf card).
