Complete with tie down strap for securing to waist belt under right arm, the buckle sitting on top of the left shoulder. This is a Very Sturdy manufacture with correct heavy double pronged military buckle. Intended for use with the P-1871 Martini Henry rifle. Made to be worn over the shoulder.
