2.Please measure the outer diameter, inner diameter, and height of the rotating roller of the old ring before placing an order to ensure that it matches the size of our microwave turntable ring, in order to prevent balance issues in the microwave oven.
3. Measure the outer diameter of the old ring, which should be about 8.8 inches (22.2 cm). Measure the roller height the old ring, which should be about 15 mm.
4. The rollers of 8.8-inch ring's heights is 15 mm. If your select the wrong height, the ring would not fit your microwave. If the roller is too small, the turntable plate will not keep in balance. If the roller is too tall, the turntable plate will not stay centered or turn.
