Note: If you need additional USB-C ports or multiple monitors, this is not the device for you. HDMI monitor only.
We love this set up for the ultimate clutter free and productivity enhancing laptop desk. We use it at our own desks. Use your laptop in clamshell mode while in the laptop holder with an external HDMI monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The flexibility of a laptop doesn't mean you have to sacrifice optimization. Take advantage of wired internet, a larger screen, and more ports without the big mess on your desk. Includes cable management clips (2X), desk cable catch to hold the laptop USB-C cable.
How it works: After mounting the UnderDock, plug in and route all your critical cables to it. When you sit down to work, put your laptop into the vertical laptop stand and plug in via USB C, you're instantly connected to everything connected to the UnderDock. The docking station acts as a hub and port replicator. It provides power to your laptop and connects to all your peripherals. When you leave, simply unplug your laptop and bring it with you. Everything else stays connected.
Compatibility and ports: Black walnut vertical laptop stand is compatible with laptops and MacBooks from 0.5 to 1.5 inches in thickness. Use the four screws on the bottom of the stand to adjust the width. Dock ports: Front - USB 3.0, USB 2.0, SD & Micro SD. Rear - USB-C with PD (2X), HDMI (1X), Ethernet, USB 3.0. 87W USB-C PD wall charger included to power the docking station and laptop. Important: One USB C for wall charger, the other is to connect laptop to dock. Dock does not add USB-C ports.
Fast & easy installation: Mount the UnderDock and mounting clip under your desk using the included VHB adhesive tape for finished surfaces or with the two included wood screws for unfinished surfaces greater than 3/4”. Plug in all your cables, and you're ready. We include a 1 meter USB-C USB 3.0 100W charging and data cable to connect your laptop and a 2 meter charging cable to connect the wall charger. Note: the cables are not interchangeable. Some set ups may require longer cables.
