Reset Steps(when the two earbuds can't pair with each other or can't connect to your device):
1. Delete all T78 records on Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth as well.
2. Put both earbuds back into the charging case and close the charging case cover.
3. Turn on the phone's Bluetooth.
4. Open the T78 Bluetooth earbud charging case cover.
5. Select "T78" on the phone's Bluetooth to pair, and the pairing is complete.

Due to software compatibility issues, on some Android phones, the volume control of the earbuds cannot be synchronized with the device, resulting in a low maximum volume. At this time, please increase the volume of the phone, the volume can be increased very loudly.
