The quick release unit includes two parts: an ARCA-type QR clamp and a dovetail bridge baseplate. The ARCA-type clamp accepts the ARCA standard QR plate, or camera cage rig with ARCA-type base. For use with an ARCA-type QR plate, the quick release easily accommodates your camera of choice and mounts it onto a compatible bottom dovetail or 15mm rod system. Offering a QR locking lever and three ratchet knobs, it secures and releases your rig configuration quickly.
