Star felting needles have 4 sides, typically with 2 or 3 barbs per side, as a result they have more barbs for quicker felting, and also more suited for work with course fibers.
They are great for joining pieces together and for sculpting; suitable for use with wooden handles, multi-needle tool or without a handle.
This is a heavy/medium gauge felting needles; suitable for starting and shaping.

You need to wipe needles before first use because they are covered with protective oil.
