COLOR CODED: Felting needles come in different gauges (sizes) and can have different shaped tips. They look about the same and so the needles are painted in different colors to tell them apart. Each needle performs slightly differently and is best suited to different types of felting projects. We include a color chart on the back of the needle storage tube so you can keep track of what you have and what each needle is recommended for.
INCLUDED NEEDLES: 36 Triangle (4) for beginning sculpting, 38 Triangle (4) for general sculpting or flat, 40 Triangle (4) for small sculptures or surface finishing, 42 Triangle (4) for surface smoothing or making small parts, 38 Spiral/Twisted (3) for general shaping and decorating, 40 Spiral/Twisted for finishing or sculpting small parts, 38 Star for flat felting into fabric.
ECO FRIENDLY STORAGE: Needles come in a handy and cute cardboard tube for storage and travel. The tube doesn't take up much space and is printed on the back with our color code and a brief description of each needle.
