Since it a low fire clay it works well in a home kiln. Fires to maturity at Cone 6, and bisque at Cone 4. Minimal shrinkage. Great for salt firing and raku. Apply your choice of glaze direct to greenware for a single firing or to bisqueware for a second firing. Minimal shrinkage helps maintain original dimensions and resists any cracking or deforming.
