In trying to keep our products as plastic free as possible, sometimes we have to give up convenience.
The cover (paper sticker) over the cardboard shaker can sometimes shift during shipping. We do our best to prevent this by adding a cotton ball to fill the space. In transit, powder can cause the sticker cover to come off. If this happens powder will be “free” in the lid. Please use caution when opening (if you don't want a mess). This product is meant to be used outside at the beach or playground. Any product that has made it through the shaker can still be used and sprinkled on the desired area that needs sand removal.
