This is a 3-ring (1 1/2"), extra-strength binder with durable metal hinges, designed to last a lifetime! The Name of the Entity is Hand Embossed in gold on a rounded spine. This Binder is attractively detailed in gold and comes with a matching slipcase. The binder contains an inside pocket to hold important documents, as well as a place to store two business cards and a cd. It comes complete with a customized binder, matching slipcase, 20 customized stock/membership certificates, a pocket embossing seal and pouch, 6/7 index divider tabs(depends on type of formation), a stock/membership ledger, and printed minutes & bylaws or operating agreement.
