Printing Tips
• A common error is the “non-genuine” message. If this occurs with the MTI Compatible Canon CRG-071 MICR cartridge, it's essential to deactivate this mode by navigating through the following steps: Menu > Management Settings > Device Management > Canon Genuine Mode > Off. Additionally, you may encounter: “Non-Compatible for Canon Cartridge is possibly inserted” on your printer. Simply press the “OK” key to acknowledge and the printer will resume your print job.
• If you order more than one cartridge, test them all upon arrival. Despite the extreme care we take in packaging, sometimes items are damaged during shipping and this can affect print quality. In this case, we immediately send an MTI Compatible 071 MICR cartridge replacement.
