Keep your morning and evening medications in individual clearly marked pill pods. Each pill tray has 31 removable daily pill cases. One set is printed in red ink with AM and numbered 1-31. The second tray is printed in blue with PM and are numbered 1-31.

Translucent numbered pill pods make it easy to see if you have taken your AM or PM medications for any given day of the month! And with your medications in separate cases clearly marked with day and AM or PM there is less chance of accidentally taking the wrong medication at the wrong time.
Pods are a Great Size. Here are some examples of pills they can hold: Approximately 15 ibuprofen capsule shaped tablets OR 15 asprin OR 4 multi-vitamin size pills with a couple of smaller pills OR 6 calcium caplets with a couple of smaller pills OR 3 fish oil softgel pills with a couple of smaller capsule tablet size pills. Number of pills depends on size and shape and while the pill pods are large if you have several large supplements or vitamins this may not work for you.
