Cognance is a bacopa extract that has been “pre-metabolized”. This means you don't have to rely on your body to metabolize the bacosides in bacopa. Bacosides such as bacoside A3, bacopaside C, bacopaside II and bacopaside X do not absorb very realidy, if at all.
