We prepare our Rosemary Extract from the fresh tender leafy tips of Rosmarinus officinalis shrubs which are Certified Organically Grown on our own farm. To assure optimal extraction of Rosemary's bioactive compounds, the leafy tips are hand-harvested, are cleaned of superfluous woody stems, and are then promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.
