We prepare our Hyssop Extract from the leaf & flower of Hyssopus officinalis plants which are Certified Organically Grown on our own farm. To assure optimal extraction of Hyssop's bioactive compounds, the plants are hand-harvested while in full flower, are carefully shade-dried & freed of all stem, and are then thoroughly extracted.
